Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover text messages (SMS) from GNP Research, a trade name of GNP Consultants LLC, 9900 Stirling Road, Suite 104, Cooper City, FL 33024. By opting in to our texts, you agree to them.

1. What we send

Messages about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and study visit updates. If you separately agree, we also send news about new studies and community health events.

2. How you opt in

By ticking an SMS consent box on a gnpresearch.com form, by telling a GNP Research team member that you agree to receive texts, or by texting START to our number. Consent is optional and is never a condition of taking part in a study or receiving care.

3. How often

Message frequency varies with your appointments and study activity. Study and event news is limited to 4 messages per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

5. To opt out, reply STOP

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming that you are unsubscribed. You can also opt out by calling 754-248-3589 or emailing info@gnpresearch.com. To start again, reply START.

6. For help, reply HELP

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Your health information

We do not send detailed medical information by text. Please do not reply with medical details; call us instead.

9. Privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
